What we do

We are proud to say that our customers have rated Blackstone Manor Clock Repair as the finest clock repair shop in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. Located in downtown Hopkins, Minnesota, we can be conveniently reached from anywhere in the metropolitan area. As part of the Mainstreet Business District in Hopkins, there's great access with free on-street parking directly in front of our store. Hopkins has antique stores, coffee shops, eating establishments, and a great small town friendly attitude in a clean and beautiful setting. See Map

Blackstone Manor Clock Repair consistently provides high quality repair services at a fair price. While some clock repair businesses have conditions and limits on what work they will do under warranty, we continue to put our customers first with a friendly "old fashioned" warranty policy that will make you glad you came to us. And we believe that a good referral from a happy customer is the best form of advertising. We are consistently rated at the top for service and take pride in the many positive comments written about us on websites that do consumer reviews of local businesses. We have earned the coveted Angies List Super Service Award every year for so many years (at least 10) that we've lost track!

We service and repair Jaeger-LeCoultre Atmos, Kuempel, Hermle, Seth Thomas, Kieninger, Urgos, Howard Miller, and Jauch, and most other kinds of clocks and clock movements. We have a large number of parts on site, and can obtain parts for almost any antique, heirloom, or new clock. Please note that we no longer repair 400-Day Anniversary Clocks and Cuckoo Clocks.

We have professional certified watch repair specialists who perform our watch services. Mark Purdy was one of the first five in the nation to earn the Certified Clockmaker of the 21st Century (CC21) certification from the American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute. We repair high end mechanical watches and family heirlooms as well as everyday wristwatches. We can replace your watch batteries on site.

So when the need arises for an inspection, cleaning, minor repair, or even a complete overhaul of your treasured antique or new clock (whether it's a mantel, wall, grandfather, belfry, or even a wristwatch) we can do it.

We make house calls!

To go along with our old fashioned warranty, we make old-fashioned house calls anywhere in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area after our normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Just call 952-920-1300 for information or to set up an appointment.

You can ship it to us!

If you cannot bring your clock to our shop, and live outside of our service area for house calls, you can ship it to us. We receive many clocks from customers around the United States and even other parts of the world for service and repair. If you wish to ship, however, please call or email first and let us give you some guidelines for packing and shipping your clock.

A special note

We welcome former customers of Valley Clockworks in Plymouth, Minnesota, to our shop! Robert Ockenden has closed Valley Clockworks but you need not worry.. we can provide the quality service that you came to expect from them. Bob knows that we are among the best, and we thank him for referring recent calls and past customers to Blackstone Manor Clock Repair.
